The cost for the Sanctuary is $550 per night, minimum 3 night stays are encouraged although we are negotiable for longer stays of up to 3 months, please call to discuss.

My family and I loved staying here. It’s a beautiful location with incredible ocean views. Very peaceful and private. The house is set up well for a family and the hosts were very considerate of our toddler, providing a portacot and other things to make our stay really easy.
The house is about an 8 minute drive from Raglan making it easy to pop into town and back again. Jo, Wellington

Helens house is just amazing! It's really spacious and you can see that the interior design is well thought out. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from every room. Along with the sunsets you can see green hills and the sea - so peaceful. The bed is very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It really felt like home and we would definitely book it again!

A quiet and relaxing place, this place is perfect for a romantic getaway to Raglan. It was spacious and had a fantastic view in the living room/kitchen area. It is a rural area meaning we chose to buy our groceries and cook all of our meals. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need. The host Helen was very helpful, responding immediately to messages. Overall a very easy, relaxing and luxurious place to stay. Carolyn, Australia

POLICY

The Coastal Retreat is a self sufficient garden to table farm with no pesticides or herbicides. We welcome you to explore your surroundings. If you are gathering produce from the gardens, we ask that you do so mindfully: respecting both plant; soil and the needs of others. If you choose to enter the animal paddock, please ensure you close the gate behind you.

We are a non smoking property. If you need to smoke, please ensure you are outside and well away from the accommodation, and do not leave any butts on the property.
